Cancer of the Mouth, Eye, Ear and Nose
Head and neck cancer includes all the malignant tumors occurring on the head and neck, including the mouth, nose, eye, and ear. It covers many types of cancer and the incidence varies for each site. For example, oral cavity cancer accounts for about 3 percent of all new cancer, but larynx cancer accounts for only about 1 percent in Minnesota.
