Acute Rehabilitation

Moving from the hospital to the Acute Rehabilitation Center takes place when your doctor and other medical specialists decide you’re ready for a higher level of activity and self-sufficiency.

At the Center, you will work with doctors, nurses, therapists, dietitians, social workers, and other experts every day. Much of your treatment will take place in a real-life setting, focusing on tasks that will assure your safety at home. You may practice getting in and out of a car, completing daily chores, shopping in a grocery store or cooking in a kitchen. Your success at the Center is supported by the latest available therapeutic technology and specialists who bring the highest level of advanced training to your care.
